A Mindful Minute

To celebrate International Yoga Day, I recorded a lighting quick meditation for us today. This is one can be used any time you need to pause, catch your breath, and refocus. Being mindful can allow us to enjoy our moments more fully, deal with life circumstances as they happen (rather than letting emotions pile up), and be grateful even if we don't see the whole picture yet.
